How fast will I hear back?
Calls are answered live weekdays 8am–7pm. Emails and forms get a written reply within one business day, usually with a question or two about roof pitch, cladding or the hour of light.
Do you meet in person?
The work is remote, so most clients never visit Glen Head. If you’re local and want to talk over a drawing set, call (917) 568-4520 and we’ll set a time.
How do I send large CAD files?
Start with the form. In our reply, attach the files to the email, or send a download link from the service you already use. Write to info@nollavagoods.com.
When do I pay?
You’re invoiced per package: $450 for an exterior still, $780 for an interior set, $1,400 for the full walk. The invoice follows the quote you’ve approved.
